The Position:
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Breinify, you will be focusing on acquiring new customer accounts as well as managing existing accounts for upsells. We are looking for someone who has a previous track record of success with selling into Fortune 1000 companies to the marketing department and has a “Rolodex” of accounts to bring with them. Ideally you can hit the ground running to assist in our growth, now that we have found product market fit and have traction in multiple industries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gain an understanding of Breinify’s product and value proposition
- Be vocal and transparent around existing sales process and be a catalyst for idea recommendations to keep improving
- Develop a key target account list from previous relationships that will benefit from personalization that drives retention
- Researching prospects accounts and identifying key contacts using Breinify’s Ideal Customer Profile and personas to understand their digital marketing strategy and uncover pain points
- Manage and close complex six-figure deals.
- Developing Quarterly/Monthly Accurate Forecasts
- Ability to travel to customer sites or events (20%+)
- Maintaining clean records in the CRM and other sales efficiency tools
- Being a team player and collaborating with other members of the sales team and other departments
- Work with $1.2M quota sizes
- Representing the company at virtual and in-person events
- Assisting in company-wide PR, Marketing, and event initiatives
- Developing and implementing your own creative prospecting strategy that incorporates the value for the customer in your approach and messaging
- Being data-driven in presenting results
About You:
- 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience. Preferably to Retail & CPG
- Ability to Close 7 Figure Deals and Hold $1m+ Annual Quotas
- Track Record of Success with References
- Experience navigating large organizations and seniority levels
- High energy and dedication to see a deal through the long sales cycle
- Experience working at an early stage startup
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fearless attitude - willing to take intelligent rise
- Ability to be agile. Things change often, and being agile and able to adapt quickly
- Motivated by success and hard work
- Feel a desire to grow and evolve with a fast-growing startup
- Enjoy problem-solving independently and with team members
- Open to feedback and coaching from your peers and mentors

- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience
